Is graffiti considered art.?
George C. Stowers considered graffiti an art. However tagging would not be since, tagging looks ugly and boring. The reason he said graffiti is an art is because to draw graffiti you would need to think plan and imagine, plus it needs a lot of skill with spray cans. ReplyDeleteThis is a cool way to show your creativity to people and I think that graffiti should be legal and a can be a good way to express the way you feel, you could maybe do some of your own graffiti and post it onto your blog next time.
